Fons Merkies (The Commune, Maxima) & Laurens Goedhart (All Inclusive, Faithfully Yours) have released a soundtrack album for the Dutch action thriller Invasion (Invasie). The album features the composers’ original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and most other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. Invasion is directed by Bobby Boermans and stars Tarikh Janssen, Fedja van Huêt, Gijs Blom, Jasha Rudge, Ortál Vriend and Gijs Scholten van Aschat. The movie takes place in the aftermath of an unexpected attack on the Dutch overseas territories of Curaçao and Aruba by a neighboring dictatorship and follows three young marines as they embark on a daring rescue mission. The thriller opened in Dutch theaters this past April. Well Go USA Entertainment has picked up domestic distribution rights for a released in the U.S. later this year.
