Netflix Music will release the official soundtrack album for the streamer’s original film Damsel. The album features the movie’s original music composed by David Fleming (The Last of Us, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Hillbilly Elegy, Blue Planet II, The Unforgivable, The Perfect Guy). Also included is Lykke Li’s cover of Ring of Fire, which is already out now as a digital single. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 5 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Damsel is directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo and stars Millie Bobby Brown, Ray Winstone, Robin Wright, Nick Robinson, Shohreh Aghdashloo and Angela Bassett. The fantasy adventure tells the story of a dutiful damsel who agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find the royal family has recruited her as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt. The film will premiere this Friday, March 8 on Netflix.
