Both Worlds Music has released a soundtrack album for the Acorn TV original series Recipes for Love and Murder. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Zethu Mashika (The Forgiven, Last Ones Out, Hear Me Move, Queen Sono). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Recipes for Love and Murder is developed by Karen Jeynes based on Sally Andrews’ bestselling novel series and stars Maria Doyle Kennedy, Kylie Fisher and Tony Kgoroge. The crime drama follows an empathetic and accomplished recipe advice columnist and a rookie journalist who team up to solve a small-town murder. The series will premiere this coming Monday, September 5 on Acorn TV.

        Lovesong is actually a song by The Cure, the Adele and 311 versions are covers.

        Robert Smith wrote it as a wedding gift for his wife Mary. It was the third single from their eighth studio album, Disintegration (1989)

    I’d like to know the song in the beginning of episode 1 of Recipes for Love and Murder that has the phrase “now clap your hands, and stomp your fee-wet”?? Can anyone tell me name and artist please?

      The song is called Clap your Hands and Stomp your Feet. It was a very popular song in South Africa in the 70’s. It was originally sung by artis Maria and available on spotify
