Atlantic Records has released the second song from the soundtrack for the animated movie Vivo. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music platforms (including Amazon) is Missy Elliott‘s remix of the song My Own Drum written by Lin-Manuel Miranda and performed by Ynairaly Simo. Check out the official music & lyrics video after the jump. A first song (Keep the Beat) performed by Miranda & Simo was released last month and a full soundtrack album will be announced soon. Vivo is directed by Kirk DeMicco and stars Miranda himself, Simo, Zoe Saldana, Brian Tyree Henry, Gloria Estefan, Juan de Marcos, Michael Rooker and Nicole Byer. The Sony Pictures Animation production will premiere this Friday, August 6 on Netflix.
