Premiering on Friday, May 14, is the Amazon original series The Underground Railroad directed by Barry Jenkins and starring Thuso Mbedu, Joel Edgerton, Sheila Atim, Aaron Pierre, William Jackson Harper, Chase W. Dillon, Amber Gray, Will Poulter and Peter Mullan. The show’s original music is composed by Nicholas Britell (Moonlight, The Big Short, Succession, If Beale Street Could Talk, Vice, Battle of the Sexes). Lakeshore Records has announced the first soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score to be released on Friday.
