Hans Zimmer & Steve Mazzaro are returning as the composers of DreamWorks Animation’s upcoming sequel The Boss Baby 2. The film is directed by Tom McCrath (Madagascar, Megamind) who helmed the first part and stars Alec Baldwin who will reprise his role as the title character. No plot details have been announced yet. Jeff Hermann is producing the movie, which is based on the book by Marla Frazee. Zimmer’s & Mazzaro’s score from the original film was released in 2017 by Back Lot Music when the movie opened in theaters. The Boss Baby 2 is currently scheduled to be released in theaters nationwide on March 26, 2021 by Universal Pictures. (Hans-Zimmer.com)
