Composer Julian Wass (Hit and Run, The Miseducation of Cameron Post) is reuniting with director Alex Lehmann on the upcoming Netflix original movie Paddleton. The film starring Mark Duplass, Ray Romano, Ravi Patel and Christine Woods centers on the bromance between two misfit neighbors, which becomes an unexpectedly emotional journey when one of them is diagnosed with terminal cancer. Lehmann also co-wrote the screenplay with Duplass (who also serves as an executive producer alongside his brother Jay). Mel Eslyn (The One I Love, Outside In), Alana Carithers and Sean Bradley are producing the movie. Wass has previously scored Lehmann’s last feature Blue Jay and also scored numerous other projects produced by the Duplass brothers. Paddleton will premiere next month at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and will debut later in 2019 exclusively on Netflix.

Wass also continues to score HBO’s Room 104 ,which will return for its third season in 2019 and the Netflix original series Insatiable, which is coming back for a second season next year.
