Geronimo Mercado (Speed Kills, Ana), Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, The Lego Batman Movie, Home) and Kim Allen Kluge & Kathryn Kluge (Silence) have composed the original score for the upcoming thriller Driven. The film is directed by Nick Hamm (The Hole, Godsend, The Journey) and stars Lee Pace, Jason Sudeikis, Judy Greer, Isabel Arraiza and Corey Stoll. The movie tells the true story of the rise and fall of automotive maverick John Delorean and his drug dealer-turned-informant neighbour, who worked with the authorities to bring the inventor down. Colin Bateman (The Journey) wrote the screenplay. Piers Tempest (The Wife, Churchill), Luillo Ruiz (Welcome to the Jungle) and Brad Feinstein (American Woman) wrote the screenplay. Driven will premiere as the closing night film of the Venice Film Festival later this week and will also be shown at the Toronto Film Festival a few days later.
