Lisbeth Scott is currently scoring the upcoming indie drama Justine. The film is written and directed by Stephanie Turner who also stars in the movie as the title character, alongside Darby Stanchfield, Glynn Turman, Josh Stamberg, Daisy Prescott, Bridget Kallal and Ravi Cabot-Conyers. The movie revolves around a single mom who is forced to move in with her father-in-law after the death of her husband and takes a job as a caretaker to a young girl, in what turns out to be a racist household. Turner is also producing the project with Robert Luketic (Legally Blonde21The Ugly Truth) and Angie Edgar. Justine is currently in post-production. No word yet on a premiere date.

Scott has also recently composed the music for the fourth season of Amazon’s Tumble Leaf, which premiered last month. She is also collaborating with Nathan Barr on a stage musical based on the HBO series True Blood. Her other previous scoring credits include the 2012 feature Caroline & Jackie and 2011’s Shouting Secrets. Scott is also known as a singer/vocalist who has collaborated with composers including John Williams (Munich), James Horner (Avatar), John Debney (The Passion of the Christ) and Harry Gregson-Williams (The Chronicles of Narnia)
