Silva Screen Records will release a soundtrack album for the BBC movie An Inspector Calls directed by Aisling Walsh, based on the novel by J.B. Priestley and starring David Thewlis, Miranda Richardson, Ken Stott, Kyle Soller and Sophie Rundle. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award nominee Dominik Scherrer (The Missing, Ripper Street, Primeval). The soundtrack will be released on September 11, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label will also release a soundtrack album for the BBC series Doctor Foster created by Mike Bartlett and starring Suranne Jones, Bertie Carvel, Robert Pugh and Adam James. The album features selections form the show’s original score composed by Frans Bak (The Killing). The soundtrack will released on September 25 and is available for pre-order here. An Inspector Calls will premiere on BBC on September 13 and Doctor Foster will have its UK premiere on September 9.
