Premiering tonight is the new AMC original series Humans created by Jonathan Brackley & Sam Vincent based on the Swedish TV series Real Humans and starring Gemma Chan, Katherine Parkinson, Tom Goodman-Hill, William Hurt, Will Tudor, Rebecca Front and Colin Morgan. The show’s original music is composed by Cristobal Tapia De Veer (Utopia). Humans is set in a parallel present in London where the latest must-have gadget for any busy family is a Synth – a highly developed, artificially intelligent servant eerily similar to its living counterpart. Premiering on Tuesday, June 30 is the MTV original series Scream executive produced by Wes Craven and starring Bella Thorne, Willa Fitzgerald, Amy Forsyth, John Karna, Carlson Young, Amadeus Serafini, Bex Taylor-Klaus, Amadeus Serafini, Connor Weil, Tracy Middendorf and Jason Wiles. Jeremy Zuckerman (Avatar: The Last Airbender, Legend of Korra) is composing the show’s original score. Premiering on Wednesday on CBS is the second season of the sci-fi drama Extant created by Mickey Fisher, executive produced by Steven Spielberg and starring Halle Berry, Goran Visnjic, Pierce Gagnon, Camryn Manheim and Grace Gummer. The show’s original music is composed by Jeff Russo (Fargo, The Returned) and Ben Decter (CSI: Cyber, Hostages).
