Lakeshore Records will release the official soundtrack albums for the Paramount+ original series ARK: The Animated Series. The albums feature the show’s original music composed by Gareth Coker (Ori and the Blind Forest, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Halo Infinite, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown). The Volume 1 album will be released digitally next Friday, March 29 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. ARK: The Animated Series is based on the Coker-scored hit adventure video game ARK: Survival Evolved and features the voices of Michelle Yeoh, Russell Crowe, Gerard Butler, Jeffrey Wright, David Tennant, Elliot Page, Madeleine Madden and Vin Diesel. The Lost Continent Entertainment and Lex + Otis production follows a 21st century paleontologist who finds herself resurrected on a primeval island populated by prehistoric beasts and must learn to survive with new allies from throughout time, while trying to uncover the true nature of their strange new world. The first six episodes (Part 1) of the show just premiered in the U.S. yesterday on Paramount+ and will debut in international Paramount+ markets on April 19.
