Premiering tonight is the CBS drama Tracker developed by Ben Winters based on Jeffery Deaver’s bestselling novel The Never Game and starring Justin Hartley, Fiona Rene, Abby McEnany, Robin Weigert and Eric Graise. The show’s original music is composed by Tyler Bates (Guardians of the Galaxy, Deadpool 2Watchmen, John Wick, 300, X, Primal, Killer Joe, The Punisher). Premiering tomorrow, February 12, is the National Geographic documentary The Space Race directed by Diego Hurtado de Mendoza & Lisa Cortés about the experiences of the first Black astronauts. Anna Drubich (Barbarian, Fear Street Part 3: 1666, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Werewolves Within) & Jongnic Bontemps (Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, My Name Is Pauli Murray, 4400, Redfall) have composed the film’s original music. Premiering on Wednesday, February 14, is the Apple TV+ original series The New Look created by Todd A. Kessler and starring Ben Mendelsohn, Juliette Binoche, Emily Mortimer, Glenn Close, Maisie Williams, John Malkovich and Claes Bang. The show’s original score is composed by James S. Levine (GleeThe Weather Man, Nip/Tuck, Running with Scissors, American Horror StoryStarRizzoli & Isles). Shadow Of The City will release a soundtrack album featuring the cover songs from the show produced by Jack Antonoff. Premiering on Friday, February 16, is the Apple TV+ original documentary event series The Dynasty: New England Patriots directed by Matthew Hamachek and executive produced by Brian Grazer, Ron Howard,, Sara Bernstein & Justin Wilkes andJenna Millman. H. Scott Salinas (Warrior, The Banker, Cartel Land, A Private WarFull SwingBirth of the Dragon) has composed the show’s original music. Also premiering on Friday in the U.S. and most other major markets is the Swedish disaster drama The Abyss (Avrgunden) co-written and directed by Richard Holm and starring Tuva Novotny, Peter Franzén and Kardo Razzazi. The film’s original score is composed by Lasse Enersen (Tom of Finland, There’s Something in the Barn, Legend of the Ancient Sword, Cold CourageThe Misfits, The Unknown Soldier). Molly Hammer has contributed the original song Deep Down, which was released as a digital single last year by Universal Music AB (click here to stream/download). The movie, which follows a woman who finds herself torn between her family and her job as security chief at the world’s largest underground mine when the Swedish town of Kiruna sinks, opened in Swedish theaters last September and is making its worldwide debut on Netflix.
