Premiering on Wednesday, January 9, is the new ABC comedy Schooled created by Adam F. Goldberg & Marc Firek and starring AJ Michalka, Tim Meadows, Bryan Callen and Brett Dier. Premiering on Friday, January 11 in the U.S. is the British series Informer written by Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani, directed by Jonny Campbell and starring Paddy Considine, Bel Powley, Nabhaan Rizwan, Jessica Raine, Sharon D. Clarke, Sunetra Sarker and Roger Jean Nsengiyumva. The show’s original music is composed by Ilan Eshkeri (Layer CakeStardustStill Alice, Johnny English Reborn, The Young Victoria, Coriolanus). The comedy follows a restless talent manager who reconnects with long-ago client after moving to a retirement home and coaxes him back out on the comedy circuit.
