agent-carterPremiering on Tuesday, January 6, is Marvel Studio’s & ABC’s new series Agent Carter created by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely and starring Hayley Atwell, Dominic Cooper, Enver Gjokaj and Chad Michael Murray. Christopher Lennertz (Identity ThiefHorrible Bosses, Hop) who previously scored the Marvel One-Shot short film of the same title is composing the show’s original music. empirePremiering on Wednesday, January 7, is the Fox drama Empire created by Lee Daniels & Danny Strong, produced by Brian Grazer and starring Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson, Gabourey Sidibe, Bryshere Gray, Jussie Smollett, Trai Byers, Malik Yoba, Grace Gealey and Kaitlin Dubleday. The show’s original music is composed by Fil Eisler (Revenge, ShamelessKitchen Sink). babylonPremiering on Thursday, January 8, is the Sundance TV original series Babylon created by Sam Bain and Jesse Armstrong, produced by Danny Boyle and starring Brit Marling and James Nesbitt. The show’s original music is composed by Underworld’s Rick Smith who previously scored Boyle’s Trance and collaborated with the Academy Award-winning director on other projects. Babylon follows an earnest executive who attempts to modernize the culture only to discover her certainties shattered and herself undermined in the realpolitik of contemporary policing.
