Henry Jackman is currently scoring the upcoming apocalyptic comedy The End of the World. The film marks the directorial debut of Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg who have previously co-written such films as Superbad, Pineapple Express and The Green Hornet. Rogen also stars in the movie alongside James Franco, Jonah Hill, Emma Watson, Jay Baruchel, Jason Segel, Rihanna, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Aziz Ansari, David Krumholtz, Kevin Hart and Michael Cera who all play themselves facing the apocalypse while stuck at Franco’s apartment. Rogen and Goldberg have also written the screenplay and are producing the Mandate Pictures and Point Grey Pictures with James Weaver (50/50). The End of the World is set to be released on June 14, 2013 by Sony Pictures.

Jackman’s latest project Wreck-It-Ralph is currently playing in theaters and the composer also has the action sequel G.I. Joe: Retaliation coming up early next year.
