Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the Polish Netflix original series Infamy (Infamia). The album features the songs from the show co-written (with Wojtek Urbański, among others) and performed by lead actress Zofia Jastrzębska. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here. Listen to the title track after the jump. Infamy is created by Anna Maliszewska and also stars Kamil Piotrowski, Sebastian Łach, Magdalena Czerwińska and Artur Dziurman. The drama follows a 17-year-old girl who caught between her Roma roots and pressure from her friends who aspires to become a hip-hop musician despite her parents’ strict rules.

‘The War of the Worlds’ 70th Anniversary Edition Soundtrack Album Announced
La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1953 sci-fi classic The War of the Worlds directed by Byron Haskin and starring Gene Barry and Ann Robinson. The album features the expanded and remastered original score from the Paramount Pictures release composed by Leith Stevens (The Wild One, Destination Moon, Lost in Space, The Time Tunnel, The Night of the Grizzly). Also included is the composer’s score from 1951’s When Worlds Collide directed by Rudolph Maté and starring Richard Derr, Barbara Rush, Peter Hansen & John Hoyt. The 70th Anniversary Edition CD is limited to 1,000 copies and will be available to order on the label’s official website at noon today.
Soundtrack Album for Yann Gozlan’s ‘Visions’ Announced
Music Box Records has announced a soundtrack album for the French psychological thriller Visions. The album features the film’s original music composed by Philippe Rombi (Swimming Pool, Potiche, Asterix: The Secret of the Magic Potion, In the House, War of the Buttons, Angel). The soundtrack is expected to be released digitally this Wednesday, September 6 (click here to stream/download). Visions is written and directed by Yann Gozlan and stars Diane Kruger, Mathieu Kassovitz and Marta Nieto. The movie centers on a married airline captain who begins an affair with her a former flame, when she gets recurring visions, hallucinations and nightmares and starts losing grip on reality.
World Premiere Release of Bill Conti’s ‘Boys on the Run’ Score Announced
Music Box Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 2003 adventure thriller Boys on the Run directed by Pol Cruchten and starring Jesse Littlejohn, James Lafferty, Raquel Beaudene and Ron Perlman. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Bill Conti (Rocky, The Karate Kid, The Right Stuff, For Your Eyes Only, Masters of the Universe, The Thomas Crown Affair). Walt Disney Records will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the 1998 Disney Channel original movie Halloweentown directed by Duwayne Dunham and starring Debbie Reynolds, Kimberly J. Brown, Judith Hoagand and Joey Zimmerman. The album features the film’s original score composed by Mark Mothersbaugh (Thor: Ragnarok, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Lego Movie, 21 Jump Street, The Croods: A New Age, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Mitchells vs. the Machines).
