Music Box Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 2007 biographical drama La Vie en Rose (La Môme) directed by Olivier Dahan and starring Marion Cotillard (who received an Academy Award for her performance as Edith Piaf), Emmanuelle Seigner, Jean-Paul Rouve, Gerard Depardieu and Clotilde Courau. The 15th Anniversary Edition features the expanded and remastered original score from the movie composed and conducted by Christopher Gunning (Agatha Christie’s Poirot, Grace of Monaco, Under Suspicion), including over 40 minutes of previously unreleased music. ‘Grace of Monaco’ Soundtrack Details
Hamburger Records will release a soundtrack album for the biographical drama Grace of Monaco. The album features the film’s original music composed by Christopher Gunning who previously collaborated with the movie’s director Olivier Dahan on La Vie en Rose. Also included are classical pieces by Erik Satie, Jean Sibelius and more. Guillaume Roussel (3 Days to Kill) has composed additional music for the film. The soundtrack will be releasd digitally on May 12, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Grace of Monaco stars Nicole Kidman as Grace Kelly and Tim Roth as her husband, Prince Rainier III. Frank Langella, Paz Vega, Parker Posey, Derek Jacobi and Milo Ventimiglia are co-starring in the movie, which follows the actress as she is being called upon to save Monaco from a crisis over its standing as a tax haven after it was given six months to reform the nation’s tax laws.

Christopher Gunning is composing the score for the upcoming biographical drama Grace of Monaco. The film is directed by Olivier Dahan and stars Nicole Kidman as Grace Kelly and Tim Roth as her husband, Prince Rainier III. Frank Langella, Paz Vega, Parker Posey, Derek Jacobi and Milo Ventimiglia are co-starring.The movie is set in 1962 and centers on the Oscar-nominated actress as she is being called upon to save Monaco from a crisis over its standing as a tax haven after it was given six months to reform the nation’s tax laws by French leader Charles de Gaulle. Arash Amel (Erased) wrote the screenplay and is also producing the project with Pierre-Ange Le Pogam (Colombiana, Hitman) for Stone Angels and Uday Chopra for YRF Entertainment.
