Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix original film Hustle. The album features the movie’s original score composed by Dan Deacon (Ascension, Twixt, Strawberry Mansion, Rat Film, All Light, Everywhere, Well Groomed) who recorded his music with the London Contemporary Orchestra and Royal Scottish National Orchestra. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 3 and will be available to stream/download here. Hustle is directed by Jeremiah Zagar and stars Adam Sandler, Juancho Hernangómez, Queen Latifah, Ben Foster, Robert Duvall, Kenny Smith, Jordan Elizabeth Hull, Heidi Gardner, María Botto, Ainhoa Pillet and Anthony Edwards. The comedy drama follows a down-on-his-luck basketball scout who finds a potential superstar in Spain and sets out to prove they both have what it takes to make it in the NBA.

Dan Deacon to Score Jeremiah Zagar’s ‘Hustle’
Dan Deacon has signed on to score the upcoming Netflix original film Hustle. The movie is directed by Jeremiah Zagar (We the Animals) and stars Adam Sandler, Queen Latifah, Ben Foster and Robert Duvall, as well as NBA analyst Kenny Smith, and Minnesota Timberwolves forward Juancho Hernangomez. The sports comedy drama follows a down on his luck basketball scout who discovers discovers a phenomenal street ball player with a rocky past while in China and sees the prospect as his opportunity to get back into the NBA. Taylor Materne and Will Fetters (A Star Is Born, Remember Me) wrote the screenplay.
‘We the Animals’ Soundtrack to Be Released
Temporary Residence will release a soundtrack album for the indie drama We the Animals. The album features the film’s original music composed by Nick Zammuto. The soundtrack will be released on November 9, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track from the album (Tonight We’ll Go for a Ride) is now already available to download here. We the Animals is co-written and directed by Jeremiah Zagar and stars Evan Rosado, Isaiah Kristian, Josiah Gabriel, Sheila Vand and Raul Castillo. The drama is based on Justin Torres’ debut novel and focuses on three boys growing up in rural New York.
