William Ross recently recorded his score for the upcoming football drama Touchback. The film stars Kurt Russell, Brian Presley, Melanie Lynsky, Christine Lahti and Marc Blucas. According to Variety, the movie written and directed by Don Handfield centers on a man whose promising high school football career was cut short when he was critically injured during a playoff game. He gets the chance to decide if he wants the life he has, or the life that could have been, when he’s unexpectedly thrust back to that fateful instant that changed his life forever. Ross’ music was recorded earlier this month with a 55-piece orchestra at Air Studios in London.
