Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the comedy The Roses. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Theodore Shapiro (Severance, The Devil Wears Prada, A Simple Favor, Tropic Thunder, Ghostbusters, Marley & Me, Spy). Also included are two new duets performed by Susanna Hoffs: Happy Together with Rufus Wainwright, and Love Hurts with Eric D. Johnson of Fruit Bats and Bonny Light Horseman. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, August 22 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Kaleido Sound will release a soundtrack album for the Australian sci-fi/horror action movie Primitive War. The album features the film’s original music composed by Frederik Wiedmann (The Dragon Prince,Star Trek: Picard, Batman: Caped Crusader, Occupation: Rainfall, Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Monster Summer, Doom: Annihilation, Big Nate). Back Lot Music will release a digital version of the soundtrack album for Universal Epic Universe’s Dark Universe in Orlando, Florida. The album features the original music from the theme park area inspired by Universal’s classic monsters, including Frankenstein, Dracula, The Wolfman, The Mummy, among others, composed by Academy Award nominee Danny Elfman (Batman, Spider-Man, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Men in Black, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Alice in Wonderland) and performed by the Budapest Scoring Orchestra. The full details of the soundtrack album for the crime thriller Caught Stealing have been revealed. The album features the film’s original songs by the post-punk band Idles, as well as the movie’s original score composed by Rob Simonsen (Deadpool & Wolverine, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, The Way Back, It Ends with Us, The Age of Adaline, (500) Days of Summer, Nerve, Foxcatcher) and performed by Idles.
