Walt Disney Records has released the first track from the soundtrack for the seventh and final season of the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Now available as a digital single is the Bad Batch Theme written by the show’s composer Kevin Kiner (Star Wars Rebels, Narcos: Mexico, Doom Patrol, CSI: MiamiHell on Wheels). The album features the film’s original music composed by Greg J Walker (Newton’s Law) who has previously scored all episodes of the Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries TV series.  The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. The album features the film’s original music composed by Dan Romer (Maniac, The Good Doctor, Atypical, Beasts of No Nation, Digging for Fire) and director Benh Zeitlin who have previously co-scored 2012’s Beasts of the Southern Wild. Stanley Clarke (Boyz n the Hood, Passenger 57, The Transporter, Undercover Brother, Romeo Must Die) has been hired to score the upcoming Hulu original series Woke. The show is created by cartoonist Keith Knight & Marshall Todd (Barbershop) and stars Lamorne Morris, Blake Anderson, T. Murph and Lara Goldie. The live-action and animation hybrid is inspired by the life and art of Knight and follows an African-American cartoonist living in San Francisco, who’s finally on the cusp of mainstream success when an unexpected incident changes everything.
