Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the Amazon original series Tales from the Loop. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Academy Award nominee Philip Glass (The Hours, Notes on a Scandal, Kundun, Koyaanisqatsi, The Illusionist, Candyman) & Emmy Award nominee Paul Leonard-Morgan (Limitless, Dredd, Wormwood, Dynasty, Designated Survivor). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 3 and will be available to stream/download here. Tales from the Loop is developed by Nathaniel Halpern inspired by the paintings of Simon Stålenhag and stars Rebecca Hall, Duncan Joiner, Daniel Zolghadri, Tyler Barnhardt and Jonathan Pryce. The full details of the new soundtrack album for the CBS All Access original series Star Trek: Picard have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Star Trek: Discovery, Fargo, Legion, The Night Of, The Umbrella Academy). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 3 by Lakeshore Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. The film is written and directed by James Kermack and stars Moe Dunford, Kate Dickie, Camille Rowe, Jaime Winstone, Alex Ferns, Gethin Anthony, Phil Davis, Amy Bailey and Sebastien Foucan. The movie follows a group of police officers as they are called to take down an elite underground fighting den, when they discover seven levels of hell, filled with the dead bodies of multiple fighters, assassins and goons, with just one bloodied man still breathing. Adam Schlesinger has passed away today at age 52 as a result of coronavirus complications. The singer/songwriter who was known as a member of bands Fountains of Wayne, Ivy, and Tinted Windows has composed the scores and songs for numerous movies and TV shows. He was nominated for an Academy Award and a Golden Globe for co-writing the original title song from Tom Hanks’ 1996 directorial debut That Thing You Do!. He also won an Emmy Award for co-writing the song Anti-Depressants Are So Not a Big Deal from The CW’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and two songs written for the 66th Annual Tony Awards. Track List for Disney’s Live-Action ‘Mulan’ Soundtrack Album Revealed

The track list of the soundtrack album for Disney’s live-action remake of Mulan has been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Harry Gregson-Williams (The Chronicles of Narnia, The Martian, Shrek, Kingdom of Heaven). Also included is the original song Loyal Brave True performed by Christina Aguilera, written by Jamie Hartman, Gregson-Williams, Rosi Golan & Billy Crabtree (available as a digital single now), a new version of Reflection (originally written by David Zippel & Matthew Wilder for the 1998 animated feature) performed by Aguilera, as well as a Mandarin version of the song performed by lead actress Yifei Liu. The movie is inspired by by Johann Hari’s 2015 New York Time bestseller Chasing the Scream: The First and Last Days of the War on Drugs and centers on jazz singer Billie Holiday during her career as she is targeted by the Federal Department of Narcotics with an undercover sting operation.
