SSL has released a soundtrack album for the South Korean TV series Good Boy. The album features the songs from the show, as well as selections of the original score by the project’s music director Heo Sung-jin and other composers. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and most other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. Good Boy is written by Lee Dae-il, directed by Shim Na-yeon and stars Park Bo-gum, Kim So-hyun, Oh Jung-se, Heo Sung-tae, Lee Sang-yi and Tae Won-seok. The action comedy follows a group of former national athletes who reunite more than a decade after their career ended when they are recruited by the police as a special task force to take on major crimes with the grit and skills they honed as athletes. The film marks the feature directorial debut of actor Jamex McAvoy and stars McAvoy himself, Séamus McLean Ross and Samuel Bottomley. The movie is based on a true story of two Scottish men pretending to be Americans to achieve their dreams of hip-hop stardom. Expanded and Remastered ‘The Secret of NIMH’ Soundtrack Album Announced

Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1982 animated feature The Secret of NIMH directed by Don Bluth and starring Elizabeth Hartman, Dom DeLuise, Derek Jacobi, Hermione Baddeley, Peter Strauss and John Carradine. The album features the expanded and newly remastered score from the film composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Jerry Goldsmith (The Omen, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Planet of the Apes, Patton, Basic Instinct, Gremlins, Chinatown), including around eight minutes o of previously unreleased music. Premiering tomorrow, July 21, is the Netflix original series The Hunting Wives created by Rebecca Cutter and starring Brittany Snow, Malin Akerman, Jaime Ray Newman, Chrissy Metz, George Ferrier, Dermot Mulroney, Evan Jonigkeit, Katie Lowes, Chosen Jacobs and Branton Box. The show’s original music is composed by Jeff Danna (The Good Dinosaur, The Addams Family, Onward, Alias Grace, Tyrant, The Boondock Saints, Silent Hill, Camelot, Julia, Storks). A soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score will be announced soon.
