The full details of the soundtrack album for the Netflix anime series exception have been revealed. The album features the show’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Ryuichi Sakamoto (The Last Emperor, Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence, The Revenant, Little Buddha, The Sheltering Sky, Femme Fatale). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, October 14 by Milan Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Two first tracks have already been released last month. exception is directed by Yuzo Sato, written by Hirotaka Adachi and follows a scouting team who is sent to search for a planet suitable for terraforming after humanity is forced to move its population to another galaxy. The sci-fi horror anime series will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Netflix.
