Benjamin Wallfisch (The Invisible Woman, Hidden Figures, Blade Runner 2049, Annabelle Creation) is set to reunite with director Andy Muschietti on the upcoming superhero movie The Flash. The film stars Ezra Miller in the title role, alongside Ben Affleck, Michael Keaton, Kiersey Clemons, Sasha Calle, Maribel Verdú and Ron Livingston. Christina Hodson (Birds of Prey, Bumblebee) wrote the screenplay. Michael Disco and Barbara Muschietti (Locke & Key) are producing the DC Films production. Wallfisch has previously collaborated with Muschietti (Mama) on both It films and also scored DC’s Shazam!. The Flash is currently scheduled to be released in theaters on November 4, 2022 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
Wallfisch’s other recent projects include Mortal Kombat, which will be released this coming Friday, April 23, as well as Theodore Melfi’s The Starling, which will premiere later this year on Netflix.
