A soundtrack album has been released for the French drama Number One (Numéro une). The album features the film’s original music composed by Mike Kourtzer (Assault on Precint 13, Of God and Men, 2 Days in Paris) & Fabien Kourtzer. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio clips. Number One is co-written and directed by Tonie Marshall and stars Emmanuelle Devos, Suzanne Clément, Richard Berry and Benjamin Biolay. The movie follows a high-ranking female executive who is forced to consider her options and marshal her forces when she realizes that the glass ceiling is fast approaching. The drama premiered at this year’s Toronto Film Festival and was released in French theaters this past Wednesday, October 11. No word yet on a domestic release.
