Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the Polish Netflix limited series The Doll (Lalka). The album features selections of the show’s original score written by electronic music producer, singer and composer Baasch (aka Bartosz Schmidt). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to the composer’s “epilogue” track after the jump. The Doll is directed by Paweł Maślona and stars Tomasz Schuchardt, Sandra Drzymalska, Jacek Braciak, Dariusz Chojnacki, Piotr Pacek, Maria Kania, Julia Wyszyńska, Piotr Adamczyk and Monika Frajczyk. The 6-part period drama based on the classic Polish novel by Bolesław Prus tells the story of a self-made merchant who is determined to break into Warsaw’s high society, but his fascination with a strong-willed aristocrat becomes his obsession. The series premiered this past Wednesday and is now available to stream exclusively on Netflix.
