Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the comedy Honey Don’t! co-written and directed by Ethan Coen and starring Margaret Qualley, Aubrey Plaza, Chris Evans, Charlie Day and Billy Eichner. Also opening wide is the thriller Relay directed by David Mackenzie and starring Riz Ahmed, Lily James, Sam Worthington and Willa Fitzgerald. Opening semi-wide is the historical thriller Eden directed by Ron Howard and starring Sydney Sweeney, Ana de Armas, Vanessa Kirby, Jude Law and Daniel Bruehl. The film’s original music is composed by Hans Zimmer (The Dark KnightInception, GladiatorThe Lion KingDune, Pirates of the Caribbean, Man of Steel, Interstellar). No soundtrack album is expected. Also opening semi-wide in a few hundred theaters is the survival thriller Trust directed by Carlson Young and starring Sophie Turner, Rhys Coiro, Billy Campbell,Gianni Paolo, Peter Mensah, Renata Vaca, Forrest Goodluck and Katey Sagal. Isom Innis (of the indie pop band Foster the People) (The Blazing World, Upgraded) has composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release. Also opening in select theaters is the dramatic thriller Lurker written and directed by Alex Russell and starring Théodore Pellerin, Archie Madekwe, Havana Rose Liu, Wale Onayemi, Sunny Suljic, Zach Fox and Daniel Zolghadri. Record producer, DJ and songwriter Kenny Beats (aka Kenneth Blume) has composed the film’s original music. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the artist’s score and the movie’s songs co-written by Blume and performed by Madekwe today. Opening in select AMC theaters today is the noir thriller Hollywood Grit co-written and directed by Ryan Curtis and starring Max Martini, Tyrese Gibson, Linda Purl, Patrick Duffy, Caylee Cowan, David B. Meadows, Ysabela Espinosa, Linc Hand, Nikki Howard and Benito Martinez. Nick Gomez has composed the film’s original score and also co-wrote the movie’s original songs with Jon Gus & Sarah Cardenas. Opening in select theaters and on VOD today is  the supernatural horror thriller We’re Not Safe Here written and directed by Solomon Gray and starring Hayley McFarland, Sharmita Bhattacharya and Caisey Cole.
