Because Music & Cracki Records have released a soundtrack album for the French comedy drama That Summer in Paris (Le rendez-vous de l’été). The album features the film’s original music composed by singer/songwriter Saint DX who has made his feature scoring debut on the project. That Summer in Paris is directed by Valentine Cadic and stars Blandine Madec, India Hair, Arcadi Radeff, Lou Deleuze, Matthias Jacquin and Béryl Gastaldello. The movie is set during last summer’s Olympic Games in Paris and follows a 30-year-old woman from Normandy who heads to the French capital to watch the games and reunite with her half-sister, but gets swept up in the city’s chaotic and intense rhythm. The dramedy premiered at this year’s Berlin Film Festival and will be released in French theaters this Wednesday, June 11.
