Emil Davidsen has released a soundtrack EP for the Danish romantic drama Sauna. The 4-track EP features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to Davidsen’s first two tracks below. Sauna is co-written and directed by Mathias Broe and stars Magnus Juhl Andersen, Nina Rask, Dilan Amin and Klaus Tange. The movie follows a gay man in Copenhagen who meets a transgender man and falls into a deep love that defies societal norms around gender, identity and relationships. The drama, which premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, opened in Danish theaters this past April and has recently been picked up by Breaking Glass Pictures for domestic distribution.
