Lee Mendelson Film Productions will release a new soundtrack album for the 1975 animated television special You’re a Good Sport, Charlie Brown created by Charles M. Schulz and directed by Phil Roman. The album features the premiere release of complete score from the fourteenth Peanuts special composed by Vince Guaraldi (A Charlie Brown Christmas, It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, A Boy Named Charlie Brown, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving). Also included are four additional bonus tracks from the 1973 LMFP project Bicycles Are Beautiful  scored by Vince Guaraldi, who is joined by McCain on bass and Glenn Cronkhite on drums for those tracks. The 50th Anniversary Edition album will be released digitally and physically (on CD and vinyl) on July 11. Visit Amazon to pre-order the CD and digital versions.
