Will Blair & Brooke Blair (Green Room, Rebel Ridge, I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore, The Informer, Blue RuinHold the Dark, Black Christmas, Sweet Virginia) have composed the original score for the upcoming horror thriller Rosario. The film is directed by Felipe Vargas and stars Emeraude Toubia, David Dastmalchian, José Zúñiga, Diana Lein, Emilia Fauche and Paul Ben-Victor. The movie revolves around a woman who spends the night with her grandmother’s body while she waits for the ambulance to arrive, when she gets attacked by otherworldly entities that have taken control of her grandmother’s body. Alan Trezza (We Summon the Darkness, Burying the Ex) wrote the screenplay. Jon Silk (The Black Demon, Nightride), Javier Chapa (Blue Miracle, The Long Game) and Phillip Braun (Jenni) are producing the project. Rosario will be released in theaters on May 2 by Mucho Mas Releasing.

The Blair Brothers’ other recent feature projects include Macon Blair’s The Toxic Avenger, which premiered at the 2023 Fantastic Fest and will be released in theaters nationiwde on August  29 by Cineverse, as well as Marah Strauch’s & Bryce Leavitt’s documentary Space Cowboy, which premiered at last year’s oronto International Film Festival and is currently awaiting a release date.
