Rake Records will release a soundtrack album for the Canadian sci-fi drama Can I Get a Witness?. The album features the film’s original music composed by Brent Belke (The Unauthorized Full House Story, Love on the Air, A Taste of Summer, The Hunters). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 12 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first track (Keep Drawing) below. Can I Get a Witness? is written and directed by Ann Marie Fleming and stars Keira Jang, Joel Oulette and Sandra Oh. The movie is set in the near future when technology and travel are almost completely banned, and nobody is allowed to live past age 50 and tells the story of a mother and daughter living in world where huge sacrifices are made to maintain life on Earth. The thriller premiered at last year’s oronto International Film Festival and will be released in Canadian theaters this coming weekend.
