Categorical Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama Rule Breakers. The album features the film’s original score composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Beal (House of Cards, Pollock, Monk, Carnivale, The Biggest Little Farm, AppaloosaRome, An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power, Blackfish). Also included is the original song We Believe in Hope co-written by Beal and performed by Aryana Sayeed and the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, March 7 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. We Believe in Hope is already out now as a digital single and can be checked out after the jump. Rule Breakers is co-written and directed by Bill Guttentag and stars Ali Fazal, Nikohl Boosheri, Amber Afzali, Nada El Belkasmi, Nina Hosseinzadeh, Sara Malal Rowe and Noorin Gulamgaus. The movie is based on the true story of the first all-female robotics team from Afghanistan who earnss worldwide recognition, inspiring hope even as danger rises. The drama will be released in theaters nationwide on March 7 by Angel Studios.
