Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original anime film The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep. The album features the movie’s original music is composed by Joseph Trapanese (Oblivion, Straight Outta Compton, Shadow and Bone, The Greatest Showman, Lady and the Tramp, Project Power, Spiderhead, The Raid: Redemption) who is also scoring Netflix’s The Witcher live-action series. Also included are three original songs co-written by Trapanese and performed by Joey Batey, Mallory Jansen and Christina Wren. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 11 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep is s directed by Kang Hei Chul and features the voices of Doug Cockle, Batey, Anya Chalotra, Emily Carey, Wren, Camrus Johnson, Ray Chase and Simon Templeman. The Studio MIR production follows Geralt of Rivia as he is hired to investigate when a group of human sailors are attacked by mysterious creatures of the deep and finds himself drawn into a centuries-old conflict between humans and merpeople. The film will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Netflix.
