Platoon will release a soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ limited series Lessons in Chemistry. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award and Grammy Award winner Carlos Rafael Rivera (The Queen’s Gambit, Godless, A Walk Among the Tombstone, Hacks, Just Beyond, Chupa). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 13 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Lessons in Chemistry is created by Lee Eisenberg based on the novel of the same title by Bonnie Garmus and stars Brie Larson, Lewis Pullman, Stephanie Koenig, Aja Naomi King, Patrick Walker, Kevin Sussman and Thomas Mann. The 8-part drama is set in the 1950s and follows an aspiring female scientist who finds herself fired from her lab and accepts a job as a host on a TV cooking show. The series will premiere tomorrow on Apple TV+.
