Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the Black Mirror episode Joan Is Awful. The album features the original music from the first episode of Season 6 composed by Ames Bessada (Holly Hobbie, Astrid and Lilly Save the World, I Used to Be Funny). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 21 and will be available to stream/download here. Joan Is Awful is written by Charlie Brooker, directed by Ally Pankiw and stars Annie Murphy, Ben Barnes, Himesh Patel, Michael Cera, Rob Delaney and Salma Hayek Pinault. The episode follows an average woman who is stunned to discover a global streaming platform has launched a prestige TV drama adaptation of her life. Season 6 of Black Mirror premiered last month and is now available to stream on Netflix.
