La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1989 sports drama Field of Dreams written and directed by Phil Alden Robinson and starring Kevin Costner, Amy Madigan, Timothy Busfield, James Earl Jones, Burt Lancaster and Ray Liotta. The 2-CD set features the Academy Award-nominated expanded original score from the Universal Pictures release composed and conducted by James Horner (Titanic, Braveheart, Avatar, Apollo 13, A Beautiful Mind, Aliens, Legends of the Fall), including previously unreleased music on the first disc and the remastered 1989 original soundtrack album on the second disc. The soundtrack is limited to 5,000 copies will be available to order on the label’s official website later today. Field of Dreams is now available on VOD, Blu-ray and DVD.
