Composer Mark Isham (Crash, Once Upon a Time, A River Runs Through It, The Accountant, Little Fires Everywhere, Miracle) is reteaming with director Mark Williams on the upcoming thriller Blacklight. The film starring Liam Neeson & Tim Draxl revolves around a Government agent who specializes in pulling operatives whose covers have been exposed and uncovers a deadly conspiracy within his own ranks. Williams also wrote the screenplay based on an earlier version by Nick May. The director is also producing the project with Paul Currie (Hacksaw Ridge, 2:22) and Mark Nestel (Laggies). Isham has previously collaborated with Williams (Ozark) on his directorial debut, A Family Man, and on last year’s Neeson-starring thriller Honest Thief. No word yet on a release date for Blacklight.

The composer also has John Ridley’s Needle in a Timestack coming up. His current television scoring projects include HBO’s The Nevers, which will return for new episodes in 2022, Epix’s Godfather of Harlem, which will return for the rest of its second season later this summer and Netflix’s Sex/Life (co-scored with Isabella Summers), which just premiered this past Friday.
