Varese Sarabande has announced a new deluxe edition soundtrack album for the 1999 western comedy Wild Wild West directed by Barry Sonnenfeld and starring Will Smith, Kevin Kline, Kenneth Branagh and Salma Hayek. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Elmer Bernstein (To Kill a Mockingbird, The Magnificent Seven, Ghostbusters, Airplane, The Age of Innocence, Far from Heaven), including over 30 minutes of previously unreleased music, as well as additional music by Peter Bernstein and alternate versions and music not used in the film. The label has previously released the original 1999 score album, while Interscope Records has released a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from and inspired by the movie. Wild Wild West is now available on VOD, Blu-ray and DVD.
