baftaHildur Gudnadottir has received her first BAFTA Award for her music for Joker in the Original Score category today at the Orange British Academy Film Awards ceremony at the Royal Opera House in London. Check out the composer’s acceptance speech after the jump. She previously received the Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Award for her work on the Todd Phillips-directed movie and is also nominated for an Academy Award. Gudnadottir was nominated alongside Thomas Newman (1917), Alexandre Desplat (Darkest Hour), Michael Giacchino (Jojo Rabbit) and John Williams (Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker).

  1. Seriously why does she have to win every Best Score award for this overrated garbage that it was nominated for…..😑

Can’t there be one award show without Joker winning Best Score
