Tyler Bates (Guardians of the Galaxy, Deadpool 2, John Wick, 300, Watchmen, Dawn of the Dead) is the composer of the new Paramount Network original series 68 Whiskey. The show is developed by Roberto Benabib (Weeds, Kidding) based on the Israeli television series Charlie Golf One and stars Sam Keeley, Jeremy Tardy, Gage Golightly, Cristina Rodlo, Beth Riesgraf, Lamont Thompson, Nicholas Coombe and Derek Theler. The comedic drama follows a multicultural band of Army medics stationed in Afghanistan on a base nicknamed “The Orphanage.” Benabib is also producing the Imagine Television production with Brian Grazer & Ron Howard (Apollo 13, A Beautiful Mind), Samie Kim Falvey, Zion Rubin, Efrat Shmaya Dror, Danna Stern, Francie Calfo (Empire, Genius) and Michael Lehmann (Heathers, Hudson Hawk) who also directed the first two episodes. 68 Whiskey will premiere tomorrow and will air Wednesday nights on the Paramount Network.
