Emile Mosseri has composed the original score for director Miranda July’s next, currently untitled feature. The film is written and directed by July and stars Evan Rachel Wood, Gina Rodriguez, Richard Jenkins and Debra Winger. The movie centers on woman named Old Dolio who has her life turned upside-down when her parents invite an outsider to join their biggest heist yet. Youree Henley (The Beguiled, 20th Century Women) is producing the project, alongside Megan Ellison’s Annapurna Pictures (Her, Zero Dark Thirty) and Jeremy Kleiner’s, Dede Gardner’s & Brad Pitt’s Plan B Entertainment (12 Years a Slave, Moonlight). July has previously collaborated with Michael Andrews on her first feature, Me and You and Everyone We Know, and Jon Brian on her second movie, The Future. Her untitled third movie is expected to premiere later this year.
Mosseri’s other recent projects include The Last Black Man in San Francisco, which is opening in select theaters this weekend and Terence Nance’s HBO series Random Acts of Flyness.
