Pat Irwin is composing the music for the upcoming AMC original series Feed the Beast. The show is created by Clyde Phillips (Dexter) based on the Danish series Bankerot and stars David Schwimmer, Jim Sturgess, Michael Gladis, Lorenza Izzo and Christine Adams. The drama follows two best friends who take one last shot at their dream of opening a restaurant. Phillips is also executive producing the AMC Studios and Lionsgate production with Henrik Ruben Genz (Good People), Malene Blenkov and Piv Bernth (The Killing, The Bridge). Irwin has previously scored the seventh and final season of Showtime’s Nurse Jackie, on which Phillips served as an executive producer. His other scoring credits include HBO’s Bored to Death and the feature But I’m a Cheerleader. Feed the Beast is set to premiere on June 5, 2016 and will air Sunday nights on AMC.
