kingsmanLa-La Land Records will release a soundtrack album for the action thriller Kingsman: The Secret Service. The album features the film’s original music composed by Henry Jackman (Captain America: The Winter SoldierX-Men: First ClassBig Hero 6) and Matthew Margeson (Kick-Ass 2Skyline). The soundtrack will be released physically on February 17, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check back on this page for the full album details. Kingsman: The Secret Service is directed by Matthew Vaughn and stars Colin Firth, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Caine, Taron Egerton, Mark Strong and Jack Davenport. The movie based on the comic book by Mark Millar & Dave Gibbons centers on a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius. The label will also release a soundtrack album featuring Henry Jackman’s scores for two movies directed by Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg, including the upcoming comedy The Interview and last year’s This Is the End. The limited edition CD will be released on January 13, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The full details will be posted on this page as they are announced. This Is the End starring James Franco, Jonah Hill, Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Michael Cera, Michael Cera, Emma Watson and Emma Watson opened last year and is now available on home video. The Interview starring Franco,  Rogen, Lizzy Caplan and Randall Park will be released on December 25, 2014 by Sony Pictures.

    This is great news! This is the End is one of Jackman’s best, and The Interview seems fine too.

      Today is the day the album for This Is the End and The Interview is supposed to be released, but it hasn’t shown up on their website. Did they cancel it? I hope they didn’t. If anyone has any news about it being released, please let me know.
