Noah Sorota Recording the Score for ‘Jinn’

jinnNoah Sorota has composed the music for the supernatural thriller Jinn. The composer’s score was recorded with a full orchestra on the Eastwood Scoring Stage at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, CA. Sorota also conducted the orchestra. Check out a number of videos from the recording sessions of the score after the jump. Sorota is best known as the composer of the TNT hit show Falling Skies, which is coming back for a fourth season this summer. Jinn is written and directed by Ajmal Zaheer Ahmad and stars Dominic Rains, Ray Park, William Atherton, Faran Tahir and Serinda Swan. The movie revolves around the jinn, mythological creatures created at the same time as men and the angels and follows an automotive designer and his wife who find themselves threatened by the supernatural forces.
