Varese Sarabande has announced a soundtrack release for the fantasy adventure The Adventurer: The Curse of the Midas Box. The album features the film’s original music composed by Fernando Velazquez (Mama, The Impossible, Devil). The soundtrack will be released in the week of February 24, 2014. The limited edition CD is now available for pre-order on Varese’s website. Check out audio clips after the jump. The Adventurer: The Curse of the Midas Box is directed by Jonathan Newman and stars Michael Sheen, Lena Headey, Sam Neill, Ioan Gruffudd and Aneurin Barnard. The movie follows a 17-year-old boy in Victorian England who is searching for his lost parents and is kidnapped in a mysterious luxury hotel. The adventure opened in select theaters last month and will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on February 11.
