Naïve Records will release a soundtrack album for the 3D documentary Amazonia. The album features the film’s original music composed by Bruno Coulais (Coraline, The Chorus). The soundtrack will be released digitally on November 18, 2013 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check out audio clips after the jump. Amazonia is directed by Thierry Ragobert who previously collaborated with Coulais on the 2006 documentary The White Planet. The movie centers on a domesticated capuchin monkey that is released into the wild and suddenly finds itself fighting for survival in the wilds of the Amazon jungle. The film premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival and will be released in France on November 27. No word yet on a domestic release for the documentary.
