Christopher Lennertz is set to reunite with director Tim Story on the upcoming romantic comedy sequel Think Like a Man Too. The film stars La La Anthony, Michael Ealy, Jerry Ferrara, Meagan Good, Regina Hall, Kevin Hart, Taraji P. Henson, Terrence J, Jenifer Lewis, Romany Malco, Gary Owen and Gabrielle Union who reprise their roles from the original Think Like a Man film and follows the couples on a trip to Las Vegas for a wedding. They are joined by new cast members Adam Brody, Wendi McLendon-Covey and David Walton. Keith Merryman & David A. Newman (Friends with Benefits) who penned the original film are returning to write the sequel’s script based on Steve Harvey’s book Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man. Will Pecker (Takers, Stomp the Yard) is producing the project. Lennertz has previously collaborated with Story (Fantastic Four, Barbershop) on the original 2011 film and is also scoring the director’s upcoming action comedy Ride Along starring Kevin Hart and Ice Cube. Think Like a Man Too is set to be released on June 20, 2014.
Lennertz has currently two movies out in theaters, including the comedy drama Thanks for Sharing and the dance drama Battle of the Year. The composer is also scoring the second season of NBC’s Revolution, which is premiering this Wednesday on NBC, as well as the ninth season of The CW’s Supernatural, which returns on October 9.
